Hello welcome to the blog today. It has been a very hot, heated and emotional few days since posting the blog Honor Them on Monday.
For some of you who read on a regular basis you have probably been able to pick up on a heart beat that desires to stay in beat with her Jesus. A heart beat that beats to lead people to the heart of God. A place...the ONLY place to find grace, love, and freedom. A place to hear your purpose and then live in that every moment!
These past few days God has taken me to so many places in His word, to the voice of other people in relationship with Him, and has had me stand and hear the voice of those who want an explanation. Those who want me to bring hope.
When I write a blog:
I don't write to impress.
I want God to take your breath away!
I don't write to change people.
That is His job!
I don't write to fit in with the crowd.
Even though my human heart finds such comfort there, God has asked me to be bold and seek only His approval.
I don't write to fill a quota.
My Jesus is not about filling a quota, or meeting expectations, or following the law faultlessly, rather He is about living in freedom.
I don't write to get followers.
I want to point you in the direction of the Teacher so you can follow Him!
I don't write to bring hope.
Hope can only be found in Him!
I don't write to share other peoples stories or journeys
God has asked me to share my story, and I trust and obey He has a reason!
I don't write to make myself comfortable.
Trust me on this one friends, this is one reason right here that I have been at His feet for hours these past few days.
Rather I write what God has laid on my heart and what I have lived in the everyday with Him. I write to share a message about a girl living everyday in a relationship with her Jesus. Just a girl who desires to lead other people to His heart so they too can live in that relationship.
To say that my heart is heavy is true, it is heavy for the work of God to keep going! I believe God is who He says He is, and that He does what He says He will do!
May we know today who God is, and may we know who we are in Him and live in that each and every moment.

Awesome post....I am so in this same place right now, taking a deep look at why I write and what purpose is meant to come from it. I'll be back for more!
Blessings,
Lindsey
Father, I lift up this blog and Nichole to YOU. I thank YOU Father God for using Nichole and her blog to reach out. I praise & glorify You for bringing me here so I can be a part of Your wondrous work to give each of us hope. Hope in YOU Father God. In Jesus' name, amen.
I absolutely LOVE this post. I ask God WHENEVER I blog to help me be honest, genuine, and to be focused on pleasing Him. Have a great day! Heather
Nichole,
I am not quite sure why you feel the need to explain your blog or the 'heat' you speak of but your words are precious. Maybe I just don't afford myself enough time to read all the comments but I will most definitely be praying for you.
The Lord is taking me through a season of wondering WHY I blog. I'm not blogging for the same reasons I started to blog a year ago.
I haven't quite found my nitch with blogging but He is working toward that end.
You are precious to HIM!
Blessings, Cindy
I enjoyed your blog. I am glad that I came across it, not sure exactly who I linked up with to link up with your blog, but God has a purpose for everything. I feel we have a lot in common as far as our relationship and our passion for the Lord and the lost. I also have two boys so I know that they will bring lots and lots of fun when you devote your undivided attention to them. Sometimes we try to be tooo serious as parents and we would all do well to lighten up a whole lot and just enjoy ourselves. Look forward to hearing more. God bless you! Rhonda Smith
Nichole, I love your blog! The Christ in you... fills you up and you, in obedience to our Father, share with us what He has told you. You have given me so much more to ponder over. Spiritual alertness is maintained as we continue to take in and share God's Word with others. That is what it is all about. Sharing God's Glory with each other and "encouraging each other....even more so as we see the Day approaching"!
Everyone have a great Memorial Day Weekend! Lori - AZ
Nichole, as I have a few minutes tonight, your blog was the first one I wanted to "catch up" on. I'm so thankful I didn't miss this post. Oh, how I love your heart for the Lord. You just bless me over and over again. This is a keeper. God does take my breath away when I visit here...I see Him.
Love & hugs,
Joy
