Turn the channel

Today I am writing to say to myself and to you my sweet and precious readers:

Quit listening to it and turn the channel!

Don’t listen to Satan and his lies a second longer. Turn the channel and hear your Precious Father tell you:

You are loved

You are worthy

You are good enough

You are created in My image

You are beautiful

You are called by Me

You are the apple of My eye

You are My child

You are precious

You are My Daughter

You are good

Love this! I need to be more deliberate about what I am listening to.

How cool to know that our Daddy is the King of Kings and we are princesses!

Thank you for that reminder! It's so easy for me to fall into that trap of feeling like "I've already blown - so Oh well!" It's not a characteristic that I am proud of, but sometimes I just give up (that is, until I'm reminded!)

Loved and redeemed,
Krista

Wherever we must flee, flee we must! To go back to your post from a few days ago, sometimes we need to turn the whole thing off, be still and know....

Prayers for you, because I sense you are going through a real trial here, and for a gal "on purpose," it's important that you hang in there and keep that purpose at the forefront of your mind. He is good; He is there!

A gal in a Bible Study I led last year (When Godly People do Ungodly Things - by Beth Moore) told me something I will never forget. She said that when she starts listening to Satan's lies her husband tells her to turn off the Chat Room in her head! Oh how we need to change the station, turn off the chat room and listen to Jesus!!!
Great post!

We all need to have it on this channel! Thanks for the inspiration.

Wonderful reminder! I posted today about how much Jesus Loves each one of us. We needed to be reminded of His love and you're right we need to stop listening to the lies.

Hey girlfriend - I just read your comment on "ADHD's" blog that you figured out we are sisters. I have to laugh. When she (Mary) started blogging, she would always leave her comment "Hi, I'm Chatty Kelly's sister...." Finally I convinced her that not everyone in the blogging universe knew who Chatty Kelly (me) is. So she stopped. She should have done it once more, here. LOL.

Wow, this is so simple and it sure seems hard to remember at times. I am so glad I came by and read this. I needed the reminder.

On another note... Please join us for a certificate of achievement presentation for ADHD (Chatty Kelly's sister) at my blog. Feel free to bring a guest. :D
See you there!

I love to read things that make me feel like God Himself are talking straight to me. I know we get that in the Word. But to read all of these You statements is wonderful. I think it's something that needs to be posted to remind ourselves everyday who we are and whose we are!
I think you've been to my blog previously but come on back. I posted today afer a little hiatis (sp?). I noticed you mentioned Beth Moore in a previous post so you might be interesed in reading my posts on The Word: Part one and Part two. It's about the recent BM simulcast.
Blessings,
Paula
